Rev. Samuel Rodriguez to be Honored at LA Gala

Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, known worldwide as one of the most influential leaders in modern evangelicalism, will be honored at the upcoming Jerusalem Banquet sponsored by the Israel Christian Nexus (ICN).
The Jerusalem Banquet, to be held at Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA on June 14, 2016, is a strategic gathering of Jewish and Christian leadership from across the nation.  Rodriguez serves as the President of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, representing millions of Evangelicals and more than 40,000 U.S. churches. Robert Stearns, president of ICN stated, "The purpose of this gathering is to celebrate Israel and the shared values of the Jewish and Christian communities. Rev. Rodriguez has had a ministry which has touched millions of lives around the world, and we are thrilled for his participation as our honoree this year.”
Rev. Rodriguez explained: “I have been a longtime supporter of the work of Robert Stearns. ICN's approach to the complex issues surrounding Israel and the Middle East is balanced and thoughtful. I am very honored to be a part of this event. ”
Rev. Rodriguez is recognized as one of the most prominent voices in the Christian Hispanic community through many media outlets, including news publications such as the Washington Post, CNN, Fox News, and Newsweek, as well as Christian publications including Charisma and Christianity Today.  With speaking engagements ranging from the White House to Princeton University, Rev. Rodriguez is a current voice for Evangelicalism.

Shimon Erem, Dr. Jack Hayford, Mr. Irwin Hochberg, Dr. Pat Robertson, Mr. Ron Plotkin, Drs. Frederick K.C. and Betty Price, Dr. A.R. Bernard, Mr. Harvey Krueger, and Bishop Joseph Garlington.
A scholarship will be established in Rodriguez’s name, which will send a young evangelical Christian to Israel annually on the “Israel Experience”, which educates student leaders in the issues surrounding Israel and the Middle East.
